A luxury suite, four bedrooms & a superior suite with self–catering option
All of our individually designed bedrooms are bright clean and modern. Each room has en-suite facilities which include a heated towel rail, illuminated mirror and shaving point. Rooms also have a digital TV, a hair drier, a hot drinks tray, toiletries, towels and of course central heating.
Three of our rooms including the luxury suite are on the ground floor with level access. As our guest house is called Fair Winds, we decided to name all of the rooms after famous winds.

Our luxury suite with super king size bed
Sundowner is our Luxury Suite. It is a very spacious room with a large en suite. You could lose yourself in the super king size bed. There is also a sofa and coffee table with chairs.
As with all our rooms it has been given an individual contemporary design and is light, bright and airy. Overlooking the gardens it is ideal for a romantic getaway and for that special occasion we can arrange Champagne or flowers.
This room is also on the ground floor with level access.
king size double bed, easy access
This room has a very comfortable king size double bed with memory foam mattress and a spacious en suite. It is suitable for the less able as it too is on the ground floor with level access. The shower is big enough to accommodate a shower seat. Just let us know if you have any special requirements and we will do our best to accommodate them.
suitable for both double & single occupancy
This is the smallest of our rooms and the only one with a standard double bed but it still provides all that you would need for a comfortable stay. The bed has a memory foam mattress and the room is available for both double and single occupancy. It is on the ground floor with level access.
super king or twin beds
Mistral is on the first floor and is at the rear of the house. It is a lovely room with a pleasant outlook over the gardens. This room also has a super king size bed which can be separated to make twin beds.

Zephyr is also on the first floor at the rear of the house and also has an equally pleasant outlook over the gardens. It has a very comfortable king size bed with a memory foam mattress.
A perfect room in which to get away from it all.
Our Superior Suite Self-Catering in Brixham
This is a self contained apartment that is attached to the house but has it's own private entrance. This leads straight into the living room which has a fitted kitchenette. There is also a flat screen TV with Free-Sat and DVD.
Leading off the lounge is the generously sized bedroom. It has a very comfy king size bed with a memory foam mattress and is en suite.
All towels and bedding are provided.
Why not have a proper break and let us cook breakfast for you. This is always an option.
There are two patio areas for guests to enjoy. Relax and unwind with a cuppa or a glass of your favourite tipple during the afternoon or before going out to enjoy dinner at one of the many great eateries that Brixham has to offer.

All rates are per room per night and include breakfast from our award winning menu.
- Off peak (October to March) £55 - £70
- Peak (April to September) £60 - £80
Peak rates apply to all bank holidays, Easter and Christmas/New Year.
There is a reduction of £15 for single occupancy.
We are always willing to consider a reduction for longer stays and we have special offers which we apply at certain times of the year.
